NWT Mustard Seed Tie-Waist Halterneck Dress. Very versatile dress! With a draped fit and self-tie waist bow. This is a twisted halter neck which has a button closure in back. It has an elastic waistband with the self-tie bell that lays over top. Full maxi length skirt which is a wrap skirt. Skirt is half lined to just above the knee. Top is not lined. Fabric has a bit of shine, kind of a matte satin. Ecru is the color which is a nice neutral. Size Medium. New with tags, tried on in store.
