    Returns

    Items can be returned for store credit only. We cannot issue refunds. All returns must be received within 3 days of the date that you receive your order.

    Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. We do not give refunds on shipping costs.

    Shipping Delays: Due to the United States Postal System, some orders may take longer than normal to arrive.

    Instructions

    Please email us at boratiki.shop@gmail.com before mailing returns or exchanges.

    Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and odor-free with all tags still attached. Mail all returns, using USPS with tracking, and include a copy of the original invoice.

    Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
